Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions page.

Q: What makes your bottles different from regular water bottles?

A: Our bottles are made from FDA Approved Food Grade material polycarbonate plastic. This plastic is a high-grade material that does not retain odor and does not leach. Have you ever bought a bottle of water, opened it, then put it aside? If you took a sip later you might have noticed an odd taste to your water. This is because the plastic is breaking down and you are likely tasting the plastic. Our bottles do not have that effect.

Unlike the bottles that are made for single use, our polycarbonate bottles can be used time and time again. They are durable and high-impact resistant. CAUTION: Many other water bottles are made for single use only! Reusing them can be hazardous to your health.

Q: Where can I purchase your products?

A: Our products will soon be available in most all fine stores.

Q: Do you ship products outside of the U.S.A.?

A: We only sell wholesale to overseas buyers. If you are interested in over 5 cases of 24 bottles shipped overseas, please send us an email to: info@handleyourthirst.com.

Q: I purchased a bottle and I think it may be defective or have a leak. What should I do?

A: Running Water, LLC., takes pride in manufacturing high quality, durable products. Occasionaly a bottle can be damaged in the production process, in shipping, or by misuse. Please return the bottle along with your receipt to the place of purchase for an exchange. If you are unable to do so, please send us an email with the following info: UPC code, place of purchase, from where bottle is leaking, to:
info@handleyourthirst.comt

Q: How should I wash my polycarbonate water bottles?

A: Our bottles can be washed just like any other cup or bowl. Simply rinse the water bottle with a mild dish soap and warm water. It should washed by hand or in the top rack of a dishwasher. To prevent any bacteria build up, you should wash your bottles frequently. Never use harsh detergents such as bleach in your bottles.

Q: Can I freeze my bottle?

A: We advise against it as the water may expand and stress the plastic, causing it to crack. If you decide to freeze it, only fill it half way to allow for expansion.
